Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our suppliers, who make to order for us, we think it’s best to do things the following way:

We would ideally like to receive your order by Friday of one week for delivery the following Thursday or Friday, but of course we are happy to make exceptions and if we are able to deliver your order sooner we certainly will!

This way, we can guarantee the freshness of our products, many of which will be delivered to us just before they are despatched to you – giving you a genuinely fresh handmade product.

When the items are despatched they are sent via a next-day courier.

I hope this delivery time-frame is acceptable – if you need an order more quickly let us know and we’ll do whatever we can.

Please make sure somebody is available to receive the consignment, there’s somewhere safe to put it, or that a neighbour can receive it or your behalf –just make sure there’s some left for you!

*Regretfully, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands will have a delivery surcharge of £6.95 + VAT

Packaging
Much attention is paid to the packaging. It must stay at the correct temperature and able to withstand the inevitable knock or drop – whilst still staying as environmentally friendly as possible. Therefore, foam lining, bubble wrap and ice/gel packs are used to protect and maintain a temperature of 5 degrees or under. The thinner liner that we use (about 15mm) is fully recyclable, but also useful – please re-use if you can! Or return to us for a 5% discount on your next order! Joy!



Export
With regret we are currently unable to export overseas. The exception to this is the British Forces Post Office, please contact us with your location and requirements
