This artisan Spanish Chorizo is made to a traditional Riojan recipe with mild pimentón de la Vera D.O.P., garlic, sea salt and without artificial additives, allowing the flavour of the meat to be fully appreciated. Natural casing is used and the curing process is slow and careful allowing the flavours to fully develop. The Alejandro Spanish Chorizo Hoops are semi-cured chorizos, cured for 1 month and can be cooked or sliced and eaten as they are. Gluten-free
