Iberico Ham - Castro y Gonzalez - 100g
Castro y Gonzalez, producers of the famous Iberico hams; premium hams from Guijuelo, Salamanca. These hams have that X-factor given to them by these black hoofed (or pata negra) pigs gorging themselves on acorns (known as Bellota), throughout the woodlands of Guijuelo. Sweet and nutty, this ham has a savoury edge, traditional cured and consistently very good.
