Spanish Chorizo - Magno ChorizoSize: 250g
These artisan chorizos are made from cuts of hand-trimmed leg meat, with some belly meat. The Magno Spanish chorizo is a coarse cut sausage, made to a traditional Riojan recipe with mild pimentón de la Vera D.O.P., garlic, sea salt and without artificial additives, allowing the flavour of the meat to be fully appreciated. Natural casing is used and the curing process is slow and careful, allowing the flavours to fully develop.
