Salami - Salchichon Riera coated in Peppercorns 300g
From Spanish salami maestros Casa Riera Ordeix in Vic, near Barcelona, comes this whole Salchichon Riera coated in peppercorns. The peppercorns give a sharp contrast of texture and deep spicy heat against the sweet nutty sausage. Casa Riera Ordeix have been curing artisan salamis for over 150 years, doing a small range of salamis, which they do extremely well. Highly recommended.
