Voted Supreme Champion time and time again by industry experts and top chefs, Cerney goats cheese is made in North Cerney, near Cirencester using unpasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet. The Cerney Pyramid is a Valencay type cheese coated in a French oak ash/sea salt mix with a fabulous whiter-than-white crumbly interior.
This soft goats cheese is quite mild when young, developing a fuller flavour as it matures. Genuinely handmade, made only from milk of this single-estate in Gloucestershire (rather than from a cooperative), giving it limited availability (there's only so many goats!).
