Our fabulous Cotswold hams are cooked within just a mile of the Wychwood Deli, by the renowned Mark Champness, and our traditional pies are made for us by inventive local artisan Myles Salmon of The Cotswold Pudding & Pie Company. All of our traditional pies are cooked to order and the larger pies become super-popular at Christmas, in particular our game pie and chicken and ham pie. PLEASE NOTE - Miles makes these pies to order for us. Therefore, if you fancy one of these fabulous creations, please place your order by Sunday night for delivery by the following Friday. This way we guarantee freshness. Unlike other pie suppliers, our pies have not been frozen, and they freeze very well They don't normally make it as far as the freezer - but that's another story!
