Balsamic Vinegars

These vinegars are well balanced and full of flavour and include vinegars from our Jamie Oliver Collection. The aged balsamic vinegar is a particular favourite because of its intensity and complexity of flavour. Balsamic vinegar is delicious drizzled on cheese (particularly mozzarella or goats cheese) or served with olive oil and chunks of bread as an appetiser. It can be easily made into a dressing and for those who are more adventurous a small amount goes well with strawberries. Balsamic vinegar can be used as both a finishing product and to add richness during cooking.
