We have put together a range to suit all budgets, from the Bellei Red Label, a fine young vinegar, to the Consorzio Traditionale 12 year and 25 year aged - thick and syrupy - a couple of drops on virtually anything will 'turn it to gold'. However, the Acetaia Sereni range is most popular; an extremely good quality balsamic dressing, good age and thickness for a reasonable price. If you're new to balsamic vinegar, add an 'Acetaia Sereni 6 year aged' to your order and I bet you'll love it!
