Sweet with quite a bite. Try with smoked meat or poultry, adds zest or marinades. Added to our uncooked ham joint during roasting gives a wonderful sweet crust. Based at Shaken Oak Farm, run by Bruce Young, Shaken Oak Mustards are the epitomy of artisan products. Made on a farm, dating back to the 15th Century, the mustards are made using the crème of local natural ingredients, with nothing artificial added at any stage. And what a difference it makes, they taste fantastic, the freshness of the Garlic, Herbs, Ginger and Cotswold Honey really shining through.
