Cotswold Pie Heaven

- a selection of Cotswold handmade pies made by local artisan Miles Salmon of the Cotswold Pudding & Pie Company. Miles only uses locally sourced ingredients and local free-range livestock for his creations - he's very passionate about his traditional handmade Cotswold pies!

Please note - ideally we would like to receive your order by Sunday night; the pies are then made to order, arriving with us on Wednesday afternoons, for delivery to you on Thursday (if they arrive early enough) or Friday. They have a 5 day shelf life from the day they're made - but last very well and are fine to freeze.

The collection includes - 

Two Traditional Picnic Pork Pies - hand-raised Gloucester Old Spot pork pies in a crumbly pastry

Two Stilton-topped Picnic Pork Pies - the same great Old Spot pork filling, but finished with a generous topping of Colston Bassett Stilton

One Medium Game Pie - are you ready for this? Wild Boar (very brave), Pheasant (not so brave), Venison and Partridge from local Cotswold Estates, tightly packed into that crumbly pastry. Just fabulous!

One Large Chicken and Ham Pie - a big pie, ideal for entertaining, easily enough for 6-8 people. Tightly packed free-range chicken and ham pie with a hint of orange zest and sage to give the pie a lift. a very popular pie that will easily cut in half or quarters for freezing if it proves too much. Approx 3lb (1.36kg)
