250g Cerney Goats Cheese - has won all the awards going! An unpasteurised vegetarian Valencay type cheese covered in sea salt and oak ash, with a crumbly snow white interior. Has a fresh mild flavour when young, developing into a fuller, deeper flavour as it matures. A well established favourite from North Cerney near Cirencester.
